This family owned apartment is conveniently located next to the chairlift (20 metres), and just a short stroll from the centre of Montchavin village.
Our spacious apartment has unobstructed views of Mont Blanc, with its peak over 4000m above sea level, it offers quality accomadation 9 guests. A perfect retreat after a hard days skiing!
Situated on the ground floor so there are no stairs to climb up and down each day or no long corridors to carry luggage and/or skis!
Upon entering this duplex apartment has a spacious hallway with with ample hanging and storage space and a boot bench outside.
On the ground floor:
A bathroom with toilet
A separate kitchen with granite worksurfaces.
A dining area leading onto a spacious balcony with spectacular views over the valley towards Mount Blanc and views of Les Arcs.
A lounge area with sofas. This can be divided off to make a private third bedroom if required.
On the upper floor:
A twin bedroom with 2 chests of drawers
A large family bedroom with a kingsize double bed, single bed and a bunk bed with 2 chests of drawers and under bed pull storage drawers.
A shower room with toilet.
The landing is furnished with a sofa giving an additional area to relax.
